Akhe McMichael had a great weekend when it mattered most for UMPI. The Owls scoring leader for these past two seasons had 24 points in a rout over Delhi and 21 in a big comeback win over Cobleskill. He was big on the glass against Delhi, bringing down 10 boards as a 6'0 guard. McMichael was great at the line all weekend as well, going 16-18 from the stripe as he was basically automatic. He shot 54.2% from the field on the weekend.
