Michaela Carney was excellent in goal for UMPI this weekend against the SUNY teams. Facing a barrage of shots from Delhi, Carney made 24 saves, which sets a single game high in the conference for this season--which is the second time she's done that this season.(19 saves against Lesley on 9/21). On Sunday against Cobleskill, the Owls gave up an early 4th minute goal. But Carney was perfect from there making seven saves in the Owls 3-1 victory.
