Brianna Bolhuis stepped up in a major way for the Owls who competed hard with Husson in UMPI's first conference game of the year. UMPI pushed Husson to five sets before falling in the closest possible way 15-13 in the last set. Bolhuis made her presence known in all facets of the game as she played a huge role for the Owls. Bolhuis was second on the team in kills with five, and led the team in hitting percentage of .188 as she had five kills on 16 total attacks with just two errors. Bolhuis also had an ace and a block to her name, as well seven digs as she showcased her versatility.
