Isaac Doore was the impact player for UMPI this weekend in their successful homecoming display as they picked up their first conference points of the season with a win over VTSU Johnson and VTSU Lyndon. Doore was coming off an injury where he had to miss the Owls' highly competitive 1-0 loss to Lesley last week. The junior captain anchored UMPI's midfield and directed traffic on UMPI's best offensive weekend of the year. Doore scored the game winner in the 10th minute of their 5-0 win over Lyndon on Sunday.
