BRUNSWICK, ME – The UMPI Owls men's cross country team rounded out their season at the NCAA East Region Championships, hosted by Bowdoin College. MIT would win the 8K race as a team, while Tyler Morris of Colby College was the meet winner with a time of 24:55.6. The Owls team would finish in 30^th place of the 33 teams with a team score of 796.

The Owls were led by Stephen Grierson finishing with a time of 29:26.9 in the 8K race, running with a 5:55.4 split. Both Dylan Marrero and Westley Dyer, both crossing the finish line with a time of 30:25.6 and a split of 6:07.2 Earning them 146 and 147 place in the meet. Gabriel Muir was the next Owls runner to cross the line with a time of 31:46.2 and a 6:23.4 mile split. Ezra Leach then finished with a time of 33:29.8 to round out the Owls runners in their final meet of the year.
