Dany Harris begins his first year coaching with the Men's Basketball team for the 2024-25 season. Harris was an integral piece to UMPI’s success over the last three seasons. Now, having played his last year of eligibility, Harris will be a part of the coaching staff as a student-assistant and will have a lot to contribute to help the team succeed without him on the floor. As a player, he was one of the most successful Owls in recent history, finishing his career with 1,087 points and is the 15th all-time scorer in school history. His physicality and no-quit attitude in the paint made him a problem for every team that stood in his way.
