Biography
2023: Returned as fifth-year senior anchoring the Owls defense at center-back. Played every minute of the year until her season was cut short due to injury. Scored her first career goal on September 19 vs. Husson.
2022: Started every game as UMPI’s sweeper, averaging 85 minutes per game. Again, was a key part of UMPI’s defense. Named to All-NAC Second Team.
2021: Started all 15 games as a junior, helped lead the Owls to their first playoff berth since joining the NAC in 2018. Named to the NAC All-Conference Sportsmanship team.
2020: Started both games of Covid-shortened season.
2019: Started 13 of 14 games, averaging 80 minutes for first-year head coach Aaron Marston and became an integral part of the Owls rebuild which would continue throughout the course of McLaughlin’s career.
