Owls Compete in NAC Championships

Delhi, NY – The Owls women's track & field team competed in the North Atlantic Conference Championship this weekend.

Katelyn Osborne finished fifth in the 800m run with a time of 2:33.36. Liz Ward finished fifth in the Javelin with a distance of 28.65m to score for the Owls, also throwing 17.64m in the discus. Autumn Paul finished sixth in the discus with a throw of 31.14m also finishing eighth in the shot put with a distance of 9.08m. Samantha Morton scored in the javelin with a 23.31m throw, placing eighth and setting a PR. Morton threw 18.92m in the discus as well.

Annaset Jackson competed in the 1500m run with a 6:55.74 time. Also, in the 800m with a time of 3:21.94. Kailee Sprague competed in the 800m run with a time of 3:27.84 also finishing the 200m dash in a time of 37.86. Marissa Havey threw 19.77m in the discus also throwing 19.68m in the javelin. Libby Bitar threw 16.87m in the discus, also competing in the javelin with a distance of 15.76m.

The Owls had three different scorers in the meet, finishing seventh place. The Owls recorded five personal records and set two school records in their final meet of the year.
