OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – University of Maine – Presque Isle senior guard Emily Pelletier (Fort Kent, Maine) has been named the Association of Division III Independents women's basketball Player of the Week. Pelletier helped her team to a 2-0 performance at the Star City Classic over the weekend, and averaged 14.3 points and 3.3 assists over three total games last week. Against Fisher College, she scored 22 points on 9-of-16 shooting (56.3%), then hit a clutch shot the following day to lead the Owls to victory.
