Men's Cross Country Postseason Awards

Cross Country postseason awards were announced recently for both the USCAA and the Association of Division III Independents.  The University of Maine at Presque Isle had four student athletes honored by the AD3I and three honored by the USCAA.

Matt Forshey – Freshman – Scotia, NY


Matt was selected for the AD3I All-Independent Honorable Mention Team. 

Corey Hebert – Senior – West Baldwin, ME


Corey has been selected to the 2015 USCAA Cross Country National All-Academic Team.  A student-athlete must have a 3.5 GPA and sophomore standing or higher to qualify. 

Connor Hrynuk – Freshman – Boonville, NY


Connor was selected for the AD3I All-Independent Second Team. 

Sully Jackson – Junior – Wilton, ME


Sully has been selected to the 2015 USCAA Cross Country National All-Academic Team.  A student-athlete must have a 3.5 GPA and sophomore standing or higher to qualify.  He was also selected for the AD3I All-Independent Honorable Mention Team. 

Trevor Levesque – Sophomore – Presque Isle, ME


Trevor was selected for the AD3I All-Independent Honorable Mention Team.

Saul Nunez – Sophomore – Mapleton, ME


Saul has been selected to the 2015 USCAA Cross Country National All-Academic Team.  A student-athlete must have a 3.5 GPA and sophomore standing or higher to qualify.
