CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR GOLF TEAM!The University of Maine at Presque Isle men's Golf team won its 2nd consecutive conference tournament on Sunday, October 18th at Natanis Golf Club in Vasselboro.  Despite the cold 40 degree temperature, the Owls had a strong showing from its five member team.

To lead his team, Chris Coffin (Presque Isle, ME) shot an 85 on the day, while teammate Paul Rucci (Millinocket, ME) finished the course with a close
87.  Chad Phillips (Dover-Foxcroft, ME) earned a 93 and Randy Whitmore (Meford, ME) finished with a 99 to help their team in the win.  To finish out the team, Chris Landry (Truro, NS) shot a 127 on the course to give the team a total of 364.
